TM​/TL Assembler Lead

Job Description:

Assemble Lead – Watertown, SD
Compensation: $21.00-$22.50 per hour. Sign‑on bonus: $1,000 (500 at 6 months, 500 at 1 year).

• Adhere to Terex safety policies and procedures.
• Perform repetitive assembly and adjustments of electrical, mechanical, and/or hydraulic equipment according to instructions.
• Manufacture fiberglass components to specifications.
• Maintain a clean work area and participate in 5S standards.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and problems.
• Follow and promote Terex Way values.

• High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs, and 40-100 lbs with assistance or lifting equipment.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Capable of using most hand tools.
• Understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Recognize potential safety hazards and take appropriate actions to minimize risks.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, order acknowledgements, engineering drawings and written instructions.
• Function as a team member and contribute to group goals while maintaining a positive attitude.
