Job Title: Retail Client Services Representative

Representing The Reese Group client partners in a designated territory.

Checking distribution, gaining distribution on new items, rotating dated merchandise, working resets, new store sets, certain category sets along with adding point-of-sale material when needed. The client services retail representative position is a 40 hour per week position.

• 1.Increasing distribution on Reese represented products
• 2.Calling on customers within their designated area
• 3.Adherence to the Reese Retail Standards
• 4.Maintain positive working relationships with clients and customers
• 5.Effective communication with clients and customers with timely follow-up
• 6.Possess technical ability to operate a tablet or iPad
• 7.Selected store sets

• 1.Attending Food Shows when necessary
• 2.Special Projects

• Retail reporting system
  :
  Daily utilization of the Reese retail reporting system.
• Records/Reports: Weekly Itinerary, weekly reports, surveys and other related administrative items.
• Supervising Responsibilities: There are no supervisory responsibilities with this position.

Four-year college diploma preferred.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required along with three to six months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
