This is an in office position in Hendricks, MN.

You don’t need to come in with everything figured out. We’ll provide the training, structure, and support. What matters most is your consistency and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with new and existing clients daily
• Prospect through calls, referrals, and follow-ups
• Help clients understand their coverage and options
• Quote and write policies across multiple lines
• Stay organized and manage your pipeline
• Work toward and hit production goals
