DSC Security Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Maintains and records incoming radio calls on a radio log
• Receives public and team member inquiries in person or by telephone in a polite and professional manner
• Possess and maintain thorough knowledge of skill in the use of radio codes, signals and call letters or numbers used by Dakota Sioux Casino Security department
• Possess and maintain thorough knowledge of policies and procedures of the Dakota Sioux Casino Security department and the Security operations manual; includes confidentiality
• Dispatch officers by radio, telephone or in person
• Maintains files and memorandums
• Monitors the clocking in and out of all team members
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work irregular hours
• Dependable and punctual
• Must be physically fit and able to lift 40+ lbs.
• Must complete all security certifications within one year of hire in accordance with the gaming commissions rules and regulations
• Must obtain a Key Gaming License upon hire
