- Maintains and records incoming radio calls on a radio log
- Receives public and team member inquiries in person or by telephone in a polite and professional manner
- Possess and maintain thorough knowledge of skill in the use of radio codes, signals and call letters or numbers used by Dakota Sioux Casino Security department
- Possess and maintain thorough knowledge of policies and procedures of the Dakota Sioux Casino Security department and the Security operations manual; includes confidentiality
- Dispatch officers by radio, telephone or in person
- Maintains files and memorandums
- Monitors the clocking in and out of all team members
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work irregular hours
- Dependable and punctual
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 40+ lbs.
- Must complete all security certifications within one year of hire in accordance with the gaming commissions rules and regulations
- Must obtain a Key Gaming License upon hire
