American Electric Power is seeking a motivated apprentice line mechanic to assist with installation, maintenance, and inspection of transmission and distribution facilities. You will work under supervision to assemble line material, splice wires, and operate equipment as you progress through training.
Starting wage is about $30.60–$31.32 per hour with overtime and on‑call as required; CDL permit within 60 days and progression toward higher classifications are expected.
