Sentry is growing and looking for skilled professionals to join our expanding team! We are currently hiring for multiple positions, including a Journeyman Plumber to support our residential, commercial, and industrial projects. - Install and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective and lasting solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to execute plumbing installations accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with
local plumbing codes and safety regulations. - Operate and maintain
plumbing tools and equipment, ensuring job efficiency. - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Provide guidance and support to apprentices and junior team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following proper safety procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- South Dakota Journeyman Plumbing License
- Completion of a certified plumbing apprenticeship program.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing tools, materials, and systems.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot plumbing problems efficiently.
- Physical capability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in a construction or plumbing-related field.
- Familiarity with plumbing codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
