Staff Accountant I
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 Base + bonus
Location: Oconomowoc, WI
Schedule: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote per week)

- Work closely with the Controller, FP&A team, and CFO, providing visibility and mentorship rarely found in a Staff Accountant role.

- Support month-end close activities, including account reconciliations, reporting, and analysis.
- Manage fixed asset accounting processes, including asset capitalization, tracking, and maintenance within the ERP system.
- Review purchase orders and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Perform variance analysis and assist leadership in understanding financial performance drivers.
- Partner with accounting and FP&A leadership on process improvements, audit support, automation initiatives, and special projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 2-3 years of public accounting (audit) experience or 3-4 years of progressive industry accounting experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a desire to learn and contribute in a growth-oriented environment
