Northside Auto in Watertown, WI is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team full time! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the face of a trusted automotive shop, connecting customers with the expert repairs and maintenance they need to keep their vehicles running smoothly.

• Greet customers and serve as the primary point of contact for all service and repair needs
• Listen to customer concerns, document vehicle issues, and communicate them clearly to technicians
• Prepare accurate repair orders, estimates, and invoices for automotive services
• Provide service recommendations and upsell maintenance packages when appropriate
• Keep customers informed on repair status, timelines, and costs throughout the process
• Coordinate workflow between the front desk and the service bay to ensure efficiency
• Handle customer follow-up and ensure satisfaction upon vehicle delivery

• Previous experience as a service advisor, service writer, or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance services
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced shop environment
• Proficiency with shop management software or ability to learn quickly
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
