Dental Treatment Coordinator

Area Dental Clinic is excited to announce a new opportunity for a full-time Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our Area Dental team. If you are patient-focused, team-oriented, and looking to provide reasons to smile, our practice may be the right fit for you!

The perfect candidate will be experienced in the dental field, detail-oriented, outgoing, friendly, easily adaptable, with excellent customer service and communication skills... Someone who recognizes that a smile can be heard over the phone and strives to make the person on the receiving end smile too.

• Greet patients in a professional and enthusiastic manner
• Checking in and out patients
• Scheduling appointments
• Providing financial estimates and insurance coordination
• Obtaining x-rays and ensuring health information is up-to-date

• Excellent attendance and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills and warm personality
• Passion for helping people and being a part of the team's success
• Demonstrates and promotes superior customer service skills with a mature, calm demeanor
• Works well under pressure and has the ability to multi-task
• Experience with dental procedures and treatment plans preferred
• Experience with Microsoft products and electronic health systems

• Mon: 11:40 am-7:10 pm
• Tues/Wed/Fri: 6:10 am-1:40 pm
• Thurs: 8:40 am-5:10 pm
