We are seeking Les Mills BODYPUM P a nd chair-based class substitute instructors to leadhigh-energy group exercise classes for members and community participants. In this role, you will provide structure, accountability, and camaraderie to help others achieve—and celebrate—their wellness goals.

This is an as-needed substitute position
. Hours are not guaranteed and will vary based on program demand and studio availability.

• Substitute (on-call) coverage only
• No holiday shifts required
• Classes may be scheduled anytime within building hours: 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM

• Previous experience preferred and demonstrated ability to lead group fitness, required.
• At least one of the following certifications must be obtained and maintained: YMCA, IDEA, NSCA, AEA, NDEITA, ACSM, SCW, or specific certification as approved.
• Certifications that must be obtained and maintained within first 90 days: CPR, AED , First Aid, Child Abuse Prevention, Blood borne Pathogens, Hazard Communication.
• Willingness to attend meetings, training, and obtain additional certification as requested.

• Provide class routines and music according to specific class certifying body and Y guidelines.
• Orient members in proper and safe use of all class equipment.
• Lead energizing, fun, and safe group classes to accomplish the Y mission and goals.
• Committed to assigned class and according to class schedule.

• Wages starting between $15–$17 per hour, based on experience, education, and certifications
