Automotive Finance Manager
Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown is looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team.
We are looking for a proven F&I professional
, not someone looking to learn the business. A track record of success in automotive finance is a must.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager
- Consistent history of strong PVR and product penetration
- Strong lender and deal structuring knowledge
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Knowledge of compliance and finance processes
- Ability to build trust and create value with customers
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and professionalism
- Someone who can step in and produce immediately
