Agrace Homecare in Watertown, WI is seeking a skilled CNA to provide patient-centered homecare. This part-time, 0.7 FTE (28 hours/week) position offers a day shift from 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with weekend and holiday rotations.
The CNA will assist with activities of daily living, homemaker tasks, and care documentation while coordinating with the Interdisciplinary Team. A valid CNA certification, driver’s license, and reliable vehicle are required; starting pay is $18.50 per hour
