Crafted HighlightsIn the role of Senior Resource Technician working in the Watertown Hops Plant you will be part of the production team. You will serve as an experienced operator/mechanic while having a focus on repairing equipment as necessary with limited supervision.
This position reports to Plant Manager and works closely with our operations staff.
What You’ll Be Brewing- Control and monitor multiple processes including processed that are covered by OSHA and process safety management standards.
- This role will have duties revolving around the packing of liquid hop extracts in standard containers, which would include filling, sealing, labelling, palletizing, stretch‑wrapping, and warehouse work.
- As a Senior Resource Technician you will work on preventative and predictive maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- This position would also include miscellaneous work focused on utilities support and monitoring of our boilers, compressors, water softeners, etc.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of maintenance experience or equivalent technical training as well as experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Associate’s degree in a technical field or bachelor’s in chemistry is preferred.

Base salary: $55,500.00 – $72,900.00
Target short‑term incentive: 5% of base; average spending on benefits: $23,000 per employee covering health, dental, vision, retirement with market‑level employer match, wellness incentives, EAP, paid time off.
