The Role
We’re looking for a reliable, safety‑focused Equipment Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you’ll operate palletizers, forklifts, and yard tractors to support daily shipping, receiving, and production needs. This position requires a Class A CDL and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment.

- Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment, including single and double wide pallet‑handling forklifts and yard tractors
- Load and unload semi‑trailers
- Monitor the quality of incoming and outgoing products and materials; report inconsistencies to management
- Use bar‑code scanning equipment accurately and efficiently
- Complete all required documentation with accuracy and timeliness
- Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all housekeeping procedures
- Assist with production tasks when required
- Class A CDL required
- Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work in a team‑oriented environment
- Follow all safety, GMP, sanitation, and food‑safety policies
- Work independently and support team goals as assigned by leadership
- Lift up to 40 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Frequent stair climbing, bending, twisting, and reaching above shoulder height
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- Availability to work overtime as needed (up to 64 hours/week)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
