Powder Line Worker
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Job Overview:
We’re hiring Powder Line Workers to support the painting process on our production line. This role includes preparing parts, hanging them on a moving conveyor, masking, hand-washing, and performing other prep work before they are painted.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and follow work orders
- Stage and hang parts on a moving powder coat line
- Mask and prep parts for painting
- Hand wash parts as needed
- Work quickly and safely in a team environment
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently
- Must be able to stand, walk, and use your hands throughout the shift
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to remember part setups and multitask
- Must be a team player and communicate effectively
- High school diploma or GED required
Additional Info:
- May require overtime depending on workload
- Must be physically and mentally fit for the role
