Description
Watertown Regional Medical Center is now hiring for a part‑time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool team. The role involves 2–12‑hour shifts per week, working 0700 to 1900.
As a Clinical Resource Center (CRC) Nurse, you will function as a Staff RN and provide total nursing care of patients within an assigned unit. The CRC team includes RNs and techs who are cross‑trained across departments such as Medical/Surgical, Intensive Care Unit, Emergency, Ambulatory, and OB/GYN, ensuring coverage for planned and unplanned events.
You will collaborate with hospitalist providers (physicians and nurse practitioners) on the unit to facilitate patient healing. The hospital culture supports safe, visible leadership and opportunities for professional growth.
Qualifications- Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse license from Wisconsin State Board of Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required for CRC RN’s working in critical care areas
- 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical/Critical care nursing (preferred)
