Registered Nurse – DaVita, Watertown, WI, United States.

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care in an outpatient dialysis center, supporting patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

Pay range: $38–$50 per hour.

Bonus: $10,000 bonus available for eligible hires.

• Work 3–4 shifts per week, alternating Saturday, off Sundays.
• Shifts 10–12 hours long, some overtime.
• Operational hours Monday–Saturday 4:00AM–9:30PM; closed Sundays.
• First 9–12 weeks of employment spent in hemodialysis training; training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
• Float to various clinics during and after training.
• Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Deliver care to patients with multiple co‑morbidities, developing unique treatment plans and leveraging a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
• Oversee a group of patients with support from patient care technicians to conduct patient observations, measure stats, and set up machines.
• Provide patient care with the head, heart and hands, working in a fast‑paced environment.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school.
• No dialysis experience required.
• Licensed RN in Wisconsin (implied).
• Flexible schedule able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to complete 9–12 weeks of hemodialysis training.
