Watertown Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Clinical Resource Center (CRC) department. The Clinical Resource Center (CRC) Nurse will function as a Staff RN and is responsible to provide total nursing care of the patient within an assigned patient care unit.
The Clinical Resource Center is an internal float pool made up of RNs and Techs that are cross-trained to various departments throughout the hospital. This team of superheroes ensures adequate staffing coverage for planned and unplanned events and allows us to flex between different departments to support the various needs that arise, including Medical/Surgical, Intensive Care Unit, Emergency, Ambulatory, and OB/GYN.
Hospitalist providers (physicians and nurse practitioners), located on the unit, collaborate with the nursing team to facilitate patient healing.
Qualifications- Associate's Degree Nursing
- Licensed by the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse
- BLS healthcare provider required.
- ACLS Certification required for CRC RN’s working in the critical care areas.
- 2 years Medical/Surgical/Critical care nursing experience, preferred.
