Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical
This position is for a night shift, from 19:00 to 07:00, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week.
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality care to patients in the Medical/Surgical unit, primarily focusing on adult patients. The role requires collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Deliver patient-centered nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Assist with post-operative care, focusing on sepsis, pneumonia, and other common diagnoses.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Medical/Surgical setting.
Current RN license required.
BLS certification is required; ACLS certification preferred.
