Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) position in Watertown, Wisconsin. This role involves providing patient care on a medical/surgical floor, supporting adults with various diagnoses including sepsis, pneumonia, heart failure, and renal failure. The position offers a dynamic environment with opportunities to collaborate within a dedicated team, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

• Shift: Nights, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with weekly guaranteed hours of 36.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS);
  Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred; two years of relevant experience; valid nursing license; located in Wisconsin or willing to relocate; minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Experience with post-surgical patients; familiarity with medical equipment such as Baxter IV pumps and GE monitors; knowledgeable in EHR systems like Meditech.
• Additional Information:
  May be required to float temporarily as a sitter to senior behavioral health units or intensive care units to support operational needs. The unit has 32 beds with typical census ranging from 10-20 patients, supporting a patient ratio of approximately 4-6 patients per RN. The environment emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and adherence to uniform dress code, including navy blue, royal blue, Caribbean blue, black, or gray scrubs.
  
  No hoodies, sweatshirts, or fleece are acceptable.
