Job Overview
WM Supercenter #1776, 1901 Market Way, Watertown, WI
Stocking Associates are responsible for unloading trucks, stocking new freight, and maintaining the backroom. The role requires lifting heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds and may require operation of heavy machinery such as forklifts.
Responsibilities- Unload trucks and move inventory in the backroom
- Sort products and stock shelves efficiently
- Ensure aisles and storage areas are neat and clean
- Engage with vendors, drivers, and customers in a positive manner
- Assist customers on the shop floor as needed
- Ability to lift heavy items (>50 lbs.)
- Capability to operate forklifts and other heavy machinery required
- Good physical stamina for a fast‑paced and physically demanding environment
Hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid for specific work performed.
