Position Summary

Are you passionate about cars and providing exceptional customer service? Holz Motors, a leading automotive dealership in Hales Corners, WI, is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a New Car Salesperson. If you have a drive for sales, a deep understanding of the automotive industry, and a desire to help customers find their perfect vehicle, we want to hear from you!

We have one of the largest Chevy inventories in the state and we are located on Highway 100 with foot traffic throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences
  • Provide detailed information about the latest car models, features, and options
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to match their requirements
  • Conduct test drives and explain vehicle functionality
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Follow up with prospective customers via phone, email, and in-person visits
  • Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales deals
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the automotive industry
  • Participate in sales training programs and workshops to enhance selling skills
Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience in the automotive industry preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a genuine desire to assist and serve others
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Available to work up to 42 hours per week, must work Mondays and Saturday
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
