Journeyman Plumber

Pay: $45.00 – $60.00 per hour (depending on experience)

R Plumbing LLC, a trusted plumbing service provider in South Central Wisconsin, is seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who delivers high‑quality workmanship, communicates well with customers, and can work independently or as part of a crew.

As a Journeyman Plumber with R Plumbing LLC, you will perform service work, repairs, troubleshooting, remodels, and installation projects across residential and light commercial settings.

• Perform installation, repair, maintenance, and replacement of plumbing systems.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and propose effective solutions.
• Complete service calls independently with professionalism and efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, tasks, and customer interactions.
• Ensure all work meets Wisconsin plumbing code requirements.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all safety procedures.
• Mentor apprentices as needed and support team development.

• Journeyman Plumber License (Wisconsin‑required).
• Experience:
  
  3+ years preferred in residential or commercial plumbing.
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high‑quality standards.
