What You'll DoAs our Shop Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting our field team by ensuring they have everything they need to provide exceptional service.
Inventory & Warehouse Management- Receive, organize, and stock plumbing materials and supplies.
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse and storage areas.
- Track inventory and replenish stock before shortages occur.
- Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for technicians each morning.
- Schedule routine maintenance and repairs for company vehicles.
- Monitor vehicle registrations, inspections, and overall condition.
- Inspect, organize, and perform basic maintenance on company tools and equipment.
- Help keep the fleet clean, safe, and ready for daily operations.
- Deliver parts, materials, or equipment to active job sites when needed.
- Assist technicians with equipment or logistics during busy periods.
- Support daily operations wherever needed to keep projects moving.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic equipment repairs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable lifting and moving materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Basic smartphone and computer skills for inventory tracking and communication.
- Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse, automotive, construction, or plumbing industry experience.
- Forklift experience (training provided if needed).
- Experience managing inventory or coordinating fleet maintenance
