Warehouse Manager, Distribution/ General Warehouse, Occupational Health & Safety
Position Summary
Responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations to ensure raw materials and finished goods are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time. This role drives productivity while maintaining a safe, compliant, and cost‑effective environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, staging, and shipping
- Ensure accurate inventory control, cycle counts, and FIFO adherence
- Maintain compliance with EH&S policies and DOT, EPA, OSHA regulations
- Lead, coach, and develop team members; conduct performance reviews
- Support cross-training and workforce development with Material Handling Supervisor
- Drive 5S, Lean initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
- Coordinate recycling activities and vendor services
- Manage P-Card purchases and assist with contingency planning
- Serve as backup to the Distribution/Warehouse Manager
- Associate’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
- DOT and Forklift Certification
- 3‑5 years in warehouse/manufacturing
- 2‑3 years supervisory experience (preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP
- Strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking ability
- Effective leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Working knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse operations
- Ability to operate a forklift and lift up to 55 lbs.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $52,760.00 and $77,374.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
