This is a 40 hour per week, calendar year position with our CDS PEDS site in Waterville.
Pay Range: $17.07 – $27.05 per hour

Summary DescriptionProvide assistance to the Office Operations Manager and other site employees with daily site functions. Serve as the site’s first level of contact with client base including phone calls, client and visitor contact. Maintain data for required site recordkeeping and assist with site correspondence and mail, all in a confidential manner.
Representative Tasks Office Administration- Answer the phone and route calls to site personnel
- Take referrals over the phone and process: enter data into child database, put new referrals folders together
- Handle and distribute all incoming and outgoing site mail Provide assistance to staff as needed – copy and distribute IFSP/IEPs, evaluations, progress reports; process record requests, etc.
- Notify Office Manager when office supplies are low
- Maintain room calendars for therapies and meetings
- Sign in visitors, greet parents
- Associate Degree in related field and two years comparable experience
- High School diploma and five years comparable experience
- Successful background, criminal records, fingerprinting and reference checks
- Ability to interact with a wide variety of people
- Ability to effectively communicate, orally and in writing
