Order Processor

Regular Employee | Salary Non-Exempt | $21.00 - 28.00

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Order Processor to join our team! This role plays an important part in keeping orders, production schedules, and communication running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and ensure accuracy from order entry through production.

• Process, review, and maintain purchase orders (POs) and revisions
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve order questions and discrepancies
• Schedule orders based on production capacity, staffing, and business priorities
• Maintain accurate production schedules and provide updates on order status
• Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams by phone, email, and chat
• Support the production team and Senior Order Processor as needed

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of customer service and/or data entry experience
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Ability to learn quickly, follow established procedures, and manage multiple priorities
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy
