Attention customer service professionals! We're hiring Client Service Representatives for our client, a respected non-profit organization serving the communities of Waterville and Augusta. These positions pay $17/hour and are temporary assignments

This is an excellent opportunity to use your customer service and computer skills in a rewarding, community-focused role where you'll help connect individuals and families with valuable resources and support services.
Pay Rate: $17/hour
Schedule: M-F 7:30a-4:30p
Assignment Length: Temporary
- Assist with application intake by phone and in person
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
- Determine program eligibility and complete related documentation
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
