• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  Experienced Dental hygienist with 3+ years of practice
• Education:
  
  Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Licensure:
  Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license for the State of Maine.
• Experience:
  
  Mid-level experience in a clinical dental setting.
• Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of periodontics and current dental hygiene practices.
• Skills:
  
  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Experience with electronic health records and digital imaging.
• Strong background in patient counseling and interaction.

• Direct Patient Care:
  Perform comprehensive dental hygiene treatments, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing.
• Care Plan Development:
  Assess patient oral health and develop individualized care plans to address periodontal disease and overall hygiene.
• Collaboration:
  
  Collaborate effectively with dentists and other healthcare professionals to diagnose issues and coordinate treatment.

  Interact with patients to provide education on oral hygiene techniques, nutrition, and preventative care.
• Schedule Management:
  Assist in managing the hygiene schedule to ensure efficient patient flow and adequate treatment time.

  Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all infection control and safety protocols.
