Pay Rate: $22.00-$25.00+/hour (School Year) | $140/day (Substitute)

Our client, a specialized educational program serving students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs in Central Maine, is hiring Ed Techs for both school year and substitute positions. These positions offer up to $25.00+/hour for year-round staff or $140/day for substitutes and are available for immediate start. - Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
- Assist students in achieving academic progress and IEP goals
- Teach positive coping skills, safe boundaries, and healthy relationship-building
- Encourage behavioral growth and support successful outcomes in school and the community
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to promote student success
- Ed Tech III certification (or 90 college credits) and eligibility for Maine DOE certification
- Experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral, emotional, or educational needs preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid Maine driver’s license
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to helping students succeed
- Ability to pass background and reference checks
