Member Experience Specialist
in our busy Waterville branch!

As the first point of contact for our members, you’ll play a key role in creating positive experiences while helping members achieve their financial goals. You’ll process transactions, build meaningful relationships, identify opportunities to improve members’ financial well-being, and contribute to a culture focused on service, trust, and community.

This is a full-time,
Monday through Friday
position with no weekend hours, offering an excellent work-life balance while providing the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a positive impact on our members’ financial well-being.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver outstanding member service with every interaction
• Process member transactions, including:
  • Deposits
  • Withdrawals
  • Transfers
  • Loan payments
• Balance cash drawers and maintain transaction accuracy
• Educate members on products and services that meet their financial needs
• Open accounts and assist members with financial solutions
• Protect members from fraud by verifying identification and recognizing suspicious activity
• Research account and transaction questions to provide timely resolutions
• Support branch outreach efforts and participate in community events

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• 6-12 months of cash handling, customer service, retail banking, or related experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment
• Comfortable using computers and learning financial software systems
• Commitment to maintaining member confidentiality and security

Ideal Candidates Must Have:

• Banking or credit unions
• Retail sales
• Hospitality
