Your Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Implement therapeutic techniques to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to deliver quality care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and progress
Participate in discharge planning and interdisciplinary team meetings
Requirements:
Active Maine Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Excellent communication, evaluation, and treatment planning skills
Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred
