Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a reputable healthcare facility in Waterville, Maine . Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy to improve patient communication and swallowing function
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams for comprehensive care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulations
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy strategies and progress
Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and discharge planning
Requirements
Active Maine SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Strong communication, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
