Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist, you help patients recover and regain their independence. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy.

You understand the whole patient, design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence, and adapt to each patient’s needs. You train patients and caregivers, collaborate with peers, and refer patients when necessary.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
  • Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice.
Compensation

USD $40.00 - USD $48.00 per hour.
