We're hiring Clinical Associates (Behavioral Health Professionals) across Central Maine , perfect for recent grads, paraprofessionals, and anyone passionate about working with students using evidence-based ABA.

• Provide ABA services in a variety of settings (public schools, private preschools, homes, community)
• Implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision
• Assist with assessments and data collection
• Teach communication, social, academic, and life skills
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs and performance coaches

• Enjoy working directly with students
• Want a long-term career in ABA or behavioral health
• Are open to learning, coaching, and growth
• Are comfortable working in schools and homes
• Value ethics, teamwork, and professionalism

Experience in ABA is a plus but not required. We provide training and help you obtain RBT certification if needed.
