Activities Assistant
Join our team at Mount Joseph ideal candidate will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care to our residents. CNA certification preferred.
Responsibilities- Assisting in the planning and implementation of activity programs, including resident assessments and care plans
- Coordinating with the medical profession and other health-related facilities to maintain a productive working relationship
- Performing administrative tasks, such as completing forms and reports, and submitting them to the Activities Director as required
- Involving residents and their families in the planning process when possible
- Assisting with transportation arrangements when necessary
- Maintaining a positive and productive working relationship with other departments, as required
- Other duties as deemed necessary and appropriate by the Activities Director
