Systems Analyst, Database Administrator, IT Business Analyst, Data Analyst
Reporting to the CIO, the Applications Systems Analyst is an experienced analyst who will work to support the College to maintain and enhance the core business applications, effectively and efficiently applying technological and business solutions. The Applications Systems Analyst acts as a functional expert to support the business processes for one or more departments within the College. This requires the ability to learn and support one or more applications that make up the College's business application footprint.
Applications include the Student Information System (SIS), CRM, HR/Finance/Payroll systems, Advancement platforms, and various third-party and cloud-based tools.
The Applications Systems Analyst must have the ability to work at a computer workstation for extended periods. Occasional lifting of equipment up to 25 pounds. Ability to move between campus locations for meetings, training, and support needs.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 3 years supporting administrative applications, preferably in a higher-education environment. Experience with CRM, SIS, ERP, and/or HRIS platforms used in academic institutions. Experience managing integrations and working with SQL or similar tools. Experience with platforms such as Slate, Campus Cafe, Raiser's Edge, Financial Edge, Paylocity, or comparable systems a plus.
