Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Welder / MIG/MAG/TIG
Regular Employee | Hourly Non‑Exempt
What you’ll do:- Weld & modify products (AWS 3G/4G) per blueprints
- Fabricate components & ensure quality checks
- Use hand, electric, & pneumatic tools
- Meet production goals & maintain a safe workspace
- Support process improvements & lean initiatives
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve issues

What you need to be successful:- Strong attendance, teamwork, & attention to detail
- Ability to pass the Dura Mag welding test
- AWS welding symbol knowledge & machine setup skills, helpful
- Experience in MIG/TIG welding (steel, stainless, aluminum) preferred
- Willingness to learn, rotate tasks, & wear PPE as needed
- Ability to read blueprints & work overtime when required
