Job Overview

Champions Fitness Club is seeking a motivated and experienced full-time Club Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, deliver an exceptional member experience, and drive membership growth and business success.

• Oversee the hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of employees.
• Lead and support the management team.
• Manage and optimize vendor relationships.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase membership and revenue.
• Manage marketing efforts, social media, and promotional events.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve member concerns.
• Oversee facility operations, maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn Twin Oaks software, Airtable, and Quick Books.

• Salary: $50,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience
