Job Requirements / Qualifications
  • Active LPN license in the state of Maine (required)
  • Minimum 1 year of LPN experience; long-term care / skilled nursing experience preferred
  • Ability to work night shifts (12.5-hour nights)
  • Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-focused care skills
Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document medication administration
  • Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, and progress notes
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, CNAs, social workers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and support overall well-being
  • Maintain accurate records, follow facility policies, and adhere to infection control and safety protocols
