Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Night Shift

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our Night Shift, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Our Night Shift team is dedicated to providing around-the-clock attention, support, and compassion to those in our care.
Responsibilities- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding residents
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
- Assist with resident transfers and mobility exercises
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- 12‑hour shifts (5:45p-6:15a)
- $20‑$25 HOURLY salary, negotiable based on experience

- Paid time off starting at 2 weeks per year

- $3,500 sign on bonus paid out according to MJW policy
