Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to our residents and patients, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional care and service
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and interactions

Requirements

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Maine
• Willingness to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and caring approach to patient care
