Job Summary:

Assist patients in their daily activities and provide high-quality care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). This role involves supporting licensed nursing staff and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to patients, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility assistance
• Monitor and report patient conditions, changes, or concerns to nursing staff
• Follow infection control protocols, including proper use of PPE and hygiene practices
• Document patient interactions and care activities accurately and timely
• Assist with basic medical procedures and treatments under supervision
• Support patients' emotional well-being through compassionate communication

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification in the state or territory
• Ability to adhere to facility policies regarding COVID-19 vaccination or exemptions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and availability for local shifts
