Role: Registered Nurse in a 24-hour residential treatment and educational facility.
Responsibilities- Provide trauma-informed care to at-risk and emotionally disturbed youth.
- Assess health needs, administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor behavioral and emotional status, respond to crises with therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with therapists, teachers, and residential staff to develop and support individualized care plans.
- Promote safety, stability, and help youth build life skills.
- Strong clinical judgment and youth-focused empathy.
- Experience in trauma-informed care and crisis response preferred.
- Commitment to healing, advocacy, and collaborative teamwork.
