Domino's Pizza is hiring the next generation of its leadership, starting with Shift Managers.
Job Requirements and DutiesYou are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.
- Paperwork, food management, schedule adherence, image and standard adherence, customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Handle sensitive and confidential customer information responsibly.
- Execute credit transactions.
- Provide quality customer service through positive interactions in person or on the phone.
- Work as part of a team, assist others by being on time, support other workstations, and complete all closing duties including cleaning.
- Operate all equipment and maintain cleanliness daily.
- Perform other assigned workstation duties such as making quality products, preparing ingredients, and taking orders.
- Perform basic math operations accurately and quickly; handle monetary change.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

- Prepare products.

- Varying weather conditions when removing trash or performing outside tasks.
- In-store temperatures 36–90°F (or higher).
- Sudden temperature changes.

- High hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher.
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
- Weather conditions when delivering product.
- Ability to talk and hear on telephone; near and mid-range vision for tasks.

- Night vision for driving.

Lifting- Bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds.
- Case stacking up to 72 inches high.
- Large cans (3 lbs 7 oz).
- Pizza sauce (~30 lbs).
- Trays of pizza dough (3 at a time, ~12 lbs each).
- During delivery carry pizzas and beverages while walking or climbing.
- Move trays on dollies (24–30 inches, force up to 7.5 lbs).
