Closing shifts generally run 4pm or 5pm to 1am Sunday through Thursday and 3am Friday and Saturday. (The store closes at 12am Sunday through Thursday and 2am Friday and Saturday.) Usually, it takes about an hour or so to clean up, count the inventory and make a bank deposit. Full Time and Part Time Available. Tell us your availability and if hired, we will do our best to fit you into our schedule!

Domino's Pizza is hiring the next generation of leadership starting with Shift Managers. You will be responsible for opening or closing our stores and ensuring operations run at our highest level each day. This position is the first step to our Management Program.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES

• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift – cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from crew.
• Paperwork, food management, work to a schedule, adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.
• Receive and process telephone orders, handle sensitive customer information, execute credit transactions, provide quality customer service via positive interaction with customers in person or by phone.
• Work as part of a team, assist each other by being on time, support other workstations, complete all closing duties including cleaning.
• Operate all equipment, clean equipment and facility daily, prepare ingredients, make quality products, take orders.
• Perform math skills – add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly. Make correct monetary change. Use a calculator as needed.
• Demonstrate verbal, written and telephone skills to take and process orders. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area and walk-in cooler.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

ADVANCEMENT

Many team members begin as delivery drivers and progress to franchise owners. This role offers progression from Shift Manager to Assistant Manager, to General Manager, and beyond.

General Job Duties For All Store Team Members

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Essential Functions/Skills

• Navigate adverse terrain (multi-story buildings, private homes, delivery sites) while carrying product.

Work Conditions

• Exposure to varying weather, in-store temperatures (36–90°F), hot surfaces/tools, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust, fumes from food odors, cramped quarters including walk-in cooler.

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying items, pushing/pulling trays, climbing stairs or ladders, forward bending, reaching above or below.
• Perform eye-hand coordination, grasping, manipulating tools, and repetitive tasks requiring forearm and wrist use.

Driving Specific Job Duties

• Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area, including multiple deliveries per shift.
• Deliver product by car to customer door, flyers and door hangers.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle usable for delivery.
