Sales Associate – hourly rate starting at $16.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
Brand: Spirit Halloween.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Management Team in setup, merchandising, pack‑up and teardown of a seasonal store.
- Maintain Guest Services per company standards.
- Generate sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention.
- Handle physical demands such as climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and standing or walking for up to 8 hours.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age 16 years.
Note: The chosen store is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. Spirit Halloween is not the employer; the independent owner/operator will be your employer and responsible for benefits and wages. You will be required to follow their policies and procedures. The application will be routed to the consignment operator for consideration.
