We are seeking a motivated and experienced Varsity Girls Soccer Coach to lead our student-athletes in building a competitive and positive program. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, plan and conduct effective practices, develop game strategies, and promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and academic success. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about soccer and committed to fostering skill development, confidence, and character in young athletes.

• Instruct athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. At the same time, the student shall receive instruction that will lead to the formation of positive values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, and self-confidence.

• Promote professional growth of the staff through coach meetings and clinic attendance;
• Maintain an accurate end of season inventory of all equipment and uniforms for the high school program;
• Assist the Athletic Director in scheduling scrimmages and other special sport events;
• Report to the Athletic Director end of the season statistical information;
• Secure equipment and school facilities after each use;
• Review periodically, the student athletic handbook with team members, with special attention being given to the academic eligibility and substance abuse policies;
• Supervise assistant coached, student coaches, and athletes at all times, including games (home and away), practices, and other team functions;
• Recruit and give direction to student and adult managers and statisticians;
• Promote the proper care of equipment, uniforms, and facilities at all times;
• Maintain good public relations with news media, boosters, parents, officials, volunteers, and fans;
• Perform additional tasks as directed.

• Effective interpersonal and organizational skills
• Previous coaching experience preferred
