Shipping and Receiving Associate

Shipping and Receiving Associate 1 | Waterville, ME

Regular Employee | Hourly Non-Exempt | $20.00 - 26.00

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (must have or be willing to obtain forklift certification)
• Load and unload trucks quickly and safely
• Accurately track and move inventory using company systems
• Inspect shipments for damage and report any issues
• Organize materials and stock work areas efficiently
• Communicate with drivers, vendors, and team members in a professional, positive manner
• Assist with physical inventory and regular cycle counts
• Support production by moving materials and lifting heavy items when needed
• Follow safety and housekeeping standards at all times
• Complete basic paperwork and reports
• Be available for overtime as needed

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Familiarity with line set practices and handling methods.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to a high standard of excellence
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Acute attention to detail
• Familiarity with outlook, word and excel
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• One to two years related experience or equivalent
